// Limited Drops & Preorder Windows

Drop 001 and future drops may be preorder-based. Preorder production typically takes 2–4 weeks from the close of the window before pieces ship.

// Ready-To-Ship

Pieces marked "READY TO SHIP" are in stock and ship within 2–5 business days from our US fulfillment partner.

// Shipping Rates

Flat-rate US domestic shipping is calculated at checkout. Expedited options available on ready-to-ship orders. International shipping is coming soon.

// Returns & Exchanges

Mainline pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags, in original condition. Size exchanges are free within the continental US.

// Final Sale

All Contraband pieces, tie-dye pieces, and any item marked "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective on arrival.

// Defects

If something arrives defective, email protocol@fembotnex.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it.
